While this is not a comprehensive list of my awards and achievments, they are a few examples exemplifying my commitment
to life long learning and academic excellence. I believe that research is a very important skill to acquired at an early
age and through many of these awards I have developped a variety of strategies that would be beneficial for students' learning.
- Nominated for the Governor General's Gold Medal Award for Arts and Science
- Gilder Lehrman internship finalist in 2006
- Received the Chinook Summer Research grant in the summer of 2008
- Received the Chinook Summer Research grant in the summer of 2007
- Received a number of scholarships and grants throughout attendance at both the Univeristy of Lethbridge and the College
of the Rockies
- Received a number of scholarships and busaries upon high school graduation again attesting to my commitment to life long
learning and academic excellence
